We aim to offer old fashioned dedicated customer service. The Click4Garden team are only a phone call or email away. If you leave a message we will call you back and we will reply to all emails within 48 hours.

Reliable UK Delivery

We send out orders using various courier companies, depending on the size and nature of the item.

For smaller items we use dedicated courier companies. If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will either leave your goods in a safe place, follow any instructions you have given us (see below),or leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt. They will give you a number to call to rearrange delivery or an address from which you can collect the parcel.

If there is a place where the items can be left at your property (eg 'round the back' or 'in the garage'), please let us know at the time of ordering. You'll be given a chance during the checkout procedure to leave instructions that we will pass on to the couriers.

For larger items we use specialist companies who may require someone in attendance when the delivery is made. In such cases you will be contacted to let you know when the delivery is scheduled for. Due to the difficulties of planning delivery schedules in today’s busy and unpredictable traffic we regret we can only give approximate times as ‘am’ or ‘pm’. Please note that some of our larger flat pack products will be delivered to kerbside in accordance with health and safety regulations.

When will I receive my order?

We ask you to allow 1/2 weeks delivery time unless specified on the product page. We try and despatch smaller couriered items within a week but this is not guaranteed. If you need the goods by a specific date we will of course attempt to get you the fastest delivery possible. Please do not hesitate to ask us. There may be an extra charge for quicker delivery, but we can let you know about this when you call.

For some of our products we can offer a 48 HOUR DELIVERY (excluding weekends) SERVICE for England & Wales. These deliveries require a signature and the cost is £40. Please call to discuss.

When ordering a number of items of a varying nature your order may be delivered by more than one carrier. Each will be treated as unique.
